For product support, billing, refunds, privacy, security, or content reports, email support@flyingvideo.net. This is the support contact for Flying Video at flyingvideo.net.

For an account or order question, write from your account email and include the order or task ID and a short description. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, or card security codes.

For a content or copyright report, use the subject Content report and include the relevant URL or task ID, the issue, and how we can contact you. Do not attach illegal material. We aim to acknowledge content reports within 2 business days and provide an initial assessment or progress update within 5 business days, prioritizing urgent safety issues when we become aware of them. Complex reports may take longer. See the Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited content, moderation, enforcement, and appeals.

For deletion requests, identify the account or media you want removed. Requests are handled manually; privacy requests follow the applicable legal response period described in the Privacy Policy.

Billing and policies

You can cancel future subscription renewals online at Settings → Billing. For payment-provider assistance, use the provider identified on your receipt. Refund eligibility and the manual request process are explained in our Refund Policy.
