Acceptable Use Policy | Flying Video

Flying Video content rules, AI safety checks, reporting, enforcement, and appeals.

Last updated: 2026-10-19

Version 1.0. Effective date: 19 October 2026.

1. Scope and responsibility

This policy is part of the Terms of Service for Flying Video, operated by Springtide Labs LLC. It applies to uploaded photos, scene notes, generation requests, generated videos, and use of our service. You must be at least 18 to use Flying Video.

Use your own photos or material for which you hold the required rights. Do not upload another person's photo without that person's valid consent. Obtain permission from each identifiable person and respect privacy, publicity, copyright, and trademark rights. Permission does not override the restrictions below. Do not upload confidential material: media URLs are unlisted and can be opened by anyone who obtains them, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. Prohibited content

Do not upload, request, generate, or distribute any of the following through Flying Video, including attempts to disguise a request in scene notes or evade safety checks.

Sexual or NSFW content

Nudity, pornography, explicit sexual activity, fetish content, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited. This includes attempts to undress or sexualize someone in an uploaded photo.

Violence and gore

Graphic injuries, dismemberment, gore, torture, cruelty, or celebration of real-world violence are prohibited. Do not threaten a person, encourage suicide or self-harm, or create material that promotes terrorism or violent wrongdoing. Clearly fictional, non-graphic flight effects do not authorize harmful or graphic scene notes.

Hate speech

Do not create dehumanizing, hateful, discriminatory, or threatening material targeting people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics. Do not promote violent extremist groups or their recruitment.

Child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, or any sexualization of minors. This includes real, synthetic, altered, or illustrated depictions, requests involving a person represented as under 18, grooming, and attempts to evade child-safety checks. Suspected child-safety violations receive priority when brought to our attention. We may immediately restrict access and preserve or report information where legally required. Never send or attach suspected CSAM to a support email; provide the relevant URL or task ID instead.

Deepfakes and impersonation

Do not swap real people's faces, impersonate another person, create undressing or intimate composites, or fabricate a real person's statements or conduct to deceive, defame, harass, or falsely imply endorsement. Consent does not permit face swaps, undressing, or fabricated intimate scenes. Flying Video is for disclosed fictional visual effects using authorized material. Do not present a generated flight effect as footage of a real event, an official announcement, or proof that someone performed an action.

Copyright and trademark infringement

Do not use photos, videos, characters, logos, brand assets, or other protected material without the rights needed for your intended use. Do not create counterfeit endorsements, infringing advertisements, or material that misleads viewers about its source. A generation request and a purchased credit balance do not grant rights to third-party material.

Illegal activity, fraud, scams, malware, unauthorized access, disruptive scraping, and bypassing usage limits or safety measures are also prohibited.

3. How content checks work

Before starting a new generation or a higher-resolution upgrade, our server sends the generation description, including template text and any scene notes, to Waffo Prompt Sift for text screening. We request semantic enforcement and continue only on an explicit approval. A block, pending review, service error, or missing approval prevents submission to the video generator. A new task is not created and its credits are not deducted while this check is unresolved. You may retry later or contact support about a pending review.

For person-photo templates, the current generation workflow also requires APIMart asset approval before submitting the photo for generation. Initial video requests enable the provider's NSFW check. The production generation model is Seedance 2.5, supplied through APIMart; additional model tiers shown in pricing are subject to availability in the generator. Provider safeguards may reject requests or fail processing. Failed or blocked generation tasks restore charged credits under the original expiry rules in our Refund Policy.

Prompt Sift checks text; it does not inspect the resulting video. Our current output safeguards rely on the generation provider. We have not implemented a separate Flying Video scan of every completed video before delivery. Automated checks have limited coverage, and you must review each result before sharing it. Report an unsafe result immediately.

Support reviews reported content and associated task information manually. We retain screening decisions and request identifiers for troubleshooting and enforcement; the Privacy Policy explains the data involved. We do not claim a human reviews every generated video.

4. Reporting and response times

Email support@flyingvideo.net with the subject Content report. Include the content URL or task ID, the suspected policy violation, and a contact address. For an intellectual-property report, identify the protected work or mark, explain your rights or authority to report, and identify the disputed material. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, or copies of illegal material.

Reports are handled manually. We aim to acknowledge a report within 2 business days and provide an initial assessment or progress update within 5 business days. Suspected child exploitation, credible threats, and other urgent safety issues are prioritized as soon as we become aware of them. These are response targets, not a promise of continuous monitoring; complex reports can take longer, and we will explain delays or request more information. If there is immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

5. Enforcement and appeals

Depending on severity, evidence, repetition, and applicable law, we may warn a user, reject or stop a request, remove content we control, restrict generation, or suspend or terminate service access. Serious child-safety violations or deliberate circumvention can lead to immediate action without advance warning. We may preserve evidence or cooperate with authorities when required by law.

We may revoke credits obtained through fraud or abuse and remove promotional credits. Account action does not automatically forfeit legitimately purchased unused credits or remove mandatory consumer rights; applicable refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Removing our copy cannot recall files already downloaded or independently held by others.

To appeal a moderation decision or account restriction, email support@flyingvideo.net with the subject Content appeal, your account email, task or screening request ID if available, and an explanation. We will review the decision manually using the response targets above and correct an error when supported by the evidence. An appeal does not authorize resubmitting prohibited material or bypassing safeguards.
